My girlfriends and I went to celebrate a Birthday and the food was exquisite! Especially with our first time there. We were not rushed at all to order nor to leave. A group of 4 girls and drinks, you know the conversations can go for hours and that's exactly what happened. Our server and all who attended to us were excellent. We all will be back.

We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were initially told that we could not be seated due to a shortage in servers. We were eventually seated in a cold patio area when there was available unoccupied seating inside. After several minutes we were finally offered chips and salsa followed by an additional delay before our server arrived to the table. We were giving brunch menus and requested lunch menus which also took an extremely long time to receive. We finally placed our orders and waited for food at the cold table but it took so long we asked for to-go boxes right away as were on our lunch hour and had already been at the restaurant for almost 1.5 hours. The server was overwhelmed and seemed to not have any support.

Went to this restaurant after finding one or two items that we craved. When we got there the menu was completely different from what was on the open door website. Of course, what we went there for was not on the menu, so we were very disappointed

Went for early brunch and the food was very bland. Surprised given this is a Mexican restaurant. Wait staff was good and attentive but we were also one of on a couple tables there. Mimosa was weak but also not expensive

Our cocktails that we ordered first arrived halfway through our meal. The Queso we ordered as an appetizer still had unmelted lumps and we asked for fresh chips and didn’t get them.

The food was excellent but the service not so much. The waiter seemed distracted and had trouble bringing the right order. It was not crowded so he couldn’t have been overwhelmed! My husband margarita tasted watered down margarita mix and had virtually no tequila in it! We’d have to think twice about returning to the Rice Village location!

This restaurant was recommended to us by the shuttle driver from Rotary House at MD Anderson. He said it was the best Tex-Mex food around. He was right! I had the ahi tacos and they were fabulous. Also, the table side guacamole was perfect too… add a roasted jalapeño margarita and you’re all set! We can’t wait for our next visit to Cyclone’s next month when we return to Houston for treatment.

We made a reservation. Upon arriving, told that seating had been haulted and would resume when some tables left so they could provide better service. Was given 15 minute estimate. We checked in again after about 20 or so and were told it would be another 40 mins. Kind of defeats the point of making a reservation. We ended up getting two spots at the bar but had those seats not have opened, we would have left. Bar area smelled strongly of cleaning products.

The food was good but it came almost an hour after ordering. Granted, we were a group of six, so maybe this isn’t the best spot for more than two or four. The team was somewhat attentive and let us know that our food was running late after a long delay.

This is a nice restaurant. The food was tasty and clean. The guacamole, prepared table side, was the best I ever tasted. It is a little pricey. But I will definitely go back.
