Our mission: to provide dining and culinary excellence to every guest we serve.

We serve only USDA Prime Beef, which is the top 1% of all beef in the United States, chosen to meet or exceed our owners' rigid standards that include tenderness and taste. All of our beef is supplied by Consumers Meat Packing of Chicago, IL...purveyors to many of the finest steakhouses in the United States. The same superior standards apply to our fresh seafood, sourced direct from North Coast Seafood of Boston, MA., our whole lobsters, from the cold waters of Maine and our Mero Sea Bass Steaks, overnighted from Honolulu Fish Company, Honolulu, HI.

The food and service were both great! Lilly was awesome in serving our table. The shrimp and lobscargot for apps and they were both amazing! Everyone's steaks were cooked perfectly. The energy of the place was great as well!

Another great meal at DC Prime. We had cocktails, cesaer salad, filet mignon and sweet potatoes. John was our server and he is terrific. Stuart came by to say hello, how nice. Rick also greeted us. He is a champ. All in all a wonderful experience. We look forward to coming back.

The ambiance was good as well as the look and feel inside. The service was good. However, the French onion soup had barely any broth and had way too much mozzarella cheese on top. They also singed the ribeye too much - had to scrape off the excess char.

We’ve been there a few times, but this by far was the best food quality and on par with any other upper-level steakhouse in the area, even on par with Capitol Grill, which is usually our go-to. DC prime knows what they’re doing. Fantastic food

Orlando was a very pleasant server who gave us space but was also attentive and offered valuable recommendations. We were there for the first time and he explained the specials and took his time with us. We will 100% come back to visit again!
