Over het restaurant

When you come to Opheem, you get an insight into the inner workings of my mind. We’re striving to push the boundaries with Indian flavours, but with cooking techniques from all over the world, some traditional, and some very modern. At Opheem, I’ll be using the same paints as I’ve always done, to create a very different picture, on a very, very different canvas. Why? Because to evolve and adapt is what makes us human, and cooking is what sets us apart from the animals.

Kinver

Over het restaurant

We founded The Bay Tree out of a deep love for real food, for food that is fresh and honest . We also felt that Kinver needed a place for people to meet each other, relax and enjoy a meal.
We only use the best ingredients here at The Bay Tree: wherever possible we use local produce, organic vegetables, fresh fish, and free-range meats. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living.
The Bay Tree was born in March 2020. Our goal is to make the Bay Tree blossom into a thriving village community. We offer a restaurant and bar, with quality, homely food to suit all appetites and budgets. Sympathetically designed, with room for families, groups and parties of all sizes, we want any customer to feel like they can call The Bay Tree their extended home. Birmingham

Over het restaurant

Fine Italian food in the very centre of Birmingham is Cucina Rustica's trademark, a comfortable, atmospheric Italian restaurant popular with both locals and tourists visiting this vibrant city. Although modern and slick in its execution, the choice of deep earthy colours and moody lighting, tactile materials such as wood and stone and the addition of characterful contemporary art and healthy, verdant plants give Cucina Rustica that slight traditional feel suggested by its name and a certain cosiness that gives it a home from home feel. Attention to detail is in every little touch here at Cucina Rustica, from the single rose placed on each table to the complementary olives produced on every guest's arrival. Equally, food is produced with great care, dishes traditionally Italian but done with flair and a certain amount of style, some unusual choices offered alongside classic favourites, all from the classic Italian cookbook and accompanied by a wide array of drinks.
