The menu is written weekly, a fixed 7 course set menu at £80 per guest (+ optional extras) that constantly evolves based on the best available produce. Sourced from a network of local artisan growers and farmers the aim is to put the best of the UK to your plate with a big focus on the surrounds of North Yorkshire.

Chef Jon Atashroo trained at numerous Michelin starred restaurants in London before discovering the simply joy of cooking with fire about 10 years ago and hasn't looked back since. Focused on producing everything possible in house, it is all made in house including the tables and ceramics.
