- HHaleyNieuw-Zuid-Wales •2 reviews5,0Gegeten op 31 okt 2026Amazing experience and spectacular food. Could not fault a single dish, everything was gorgeous, well balanced and each ingredient was given so much respect and care. The staff were welcoming, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the food and drinks they were serving. Not your average fine dining experience, the place had an air of warmth and welcome. Extremely humble and unpretentious, truly showcasing the food and the talented chefs techniques utilized to design and execute each dish. We love that it’s not just the ingredient but where it’s from that is showcased across each dish.Meer infoAttica$$$$• Australisch• Ripponlea•4,8

- WWILLIAMMetropoolregio Tokio •3 reviews4,0Gegeten op 2 okt 2026Went to DOM in Southbank lats night for my partner's birthday. The 10-seat Cantonese omakase spot was quiet with only three pairs for the friday night. The food was genuinely good. Chef Dominic Li is doing something interesting, taking dai pai dong street food flavours and dressing them up in fine dining clothes. The coral trout was a highlight, and you can tell there's real skill in the kitchen. But here's the thing, it's around $250 a head, and the vibe is still very much "intimate counter." So you're paying white-tablecloth prices for what feels like a very refined home-cooked meal. Good, but not "$250 good," if that makes sense. The bigger letdown was the tea pairing for $40 a head. It's supposed to be this "Celestial Tea Journey" but honestly, the teas were pretty tasteless. They didn't enhance the food or stand on their own. Just... there. For that price, you'd expect the pairing to actually add something. Verdict: Food's worth trying if you're curious, but maybe skip the tea pairing. It's a lot of money for a concept that doesn't quite deliver on every front.Meer infoDom$$$$• Kantonese• Southbank•4,4
