Really enjoyed the meal and staff were on point - friendly, attentive (but not excessively so), and a good ambience. Main weakness was that at Saturday lunch time, one desert option was ‘finished’, one option had one left… By far the end of the world because other courses we good enough size, but…

The food was good, as was the service. We've been there many times over the years and always thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Gallipot is such a wonderful gastro pub. The food is always outstanding; a very select menu rather than a long list of choices. The staff are always friendly and attentive. It’s a distance from us but always a favourite, especially for special occasions. Cannot recommend it enough!

Very nice meal in a quiet restaurant area attached to the bar of the Inn. The bar had a very nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Really appreciated the extra touches as it was an anniversary celebration. Would definitely stay and eat here again. Highly recommended.

Steak night on Fridays is great value for money. Their included bottle of red (cabernet sauvignon) was actually quite good. Very happy with the service as well. Professional and kind staff. The steak was pretty good and the sides were excellent (the mushrooms especially).
