Mooie locatie in Mainz met een kok die veel in zijn mars heeft, mooie smaken. Alles was bekend maar op een geheel eigen wijze. Ook een Sommelier die luister naar zijn gasten dus met de goede wijn komt. Door combinatie met (hotel(gasten) leeft de sommelier zich niet uit. De wijnkaart geeft daartoe wel ruimte wellicht de prijs als drempel.
