Excellent as always, which is why we keep coming back

Enjoyed lunch/ visit to The Shard for my husband's birthday. (It was actually a Christmas present from our son and daughter in law). Lunch was delicious (definitely lived up to our expectations). We had the 3 course seasonal menu. Starters were wings (very moreish) and beer battered cod bites (batter was lovely and crispy) For our main we had the smashed burger and French fries ( delicious and very filling). After having a few minutes rest we managed to find room for the vanilla panna cotta with cherry compote and dark chocolate shavings. At the end there was even a happy birthday candle! We had a wonderful experience and would happily come back again. Thank you for an enjoyable meal. We would definitely recommend. The food was piping hot. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed.

Lovely family friendly pub. Kirsty one of the managers went above and beyond. Fabulous customer service along with all the other staff very friendly. Fantastic cocktails and food. Live singer had a great voice and sang some classics, unexpected bonus along with the play park for the children. Really enjoyed our Sunday afternoon there.
