Well the beginning...from my initial call Michelle was amazing so I knew that everything that followed would be as well. We got there a little early before our reservation to take in a drink at the bar and listen to the live performance from the piano! My boyfriend loves a great piano bar, and the ambiance gave just that. It was the perfect decor full of masculinity but with beautiful floral arrangements to bring in such a soft elegance! Once we were escorted into the main dining area our server was Theadora and she gave just the right amount of attentiveness yet leaving my boyfriend and I plenty of moments to talk and enjoy our wine and food without a lot of interuptions. Now the food...perfect in every way. From the bread service all the way through dessert it was A1! We had east coast oysters which were so fresh. We shared the lobster linguine which was split for us with the perfect amount to accompany our states. He has the ribeye and I had the filet, both were cook to the perfect medium temp and mealted like butter when we aint them. This was his birthday celebration, so when they brought out the desert with the sparkler it was the perfect little touch needed to end the meal! And the lemon meringue was so balanced, not overly tart or too sweet... it was so good, even to my boyfriend and he doesnt usually like sweets. Server even asked how we wanted food brought out so we had space inbetween.
