Our second time to the Old Auctionier Coming from West wales visiting our Son & Family We were very pleased with our visit & everything was 1st class Food wonderful Staff very attentive Will call next time un Banbury

Matt the head chef and owner was extremely friendly and obviously passionate about the food that was served: the food was delicious and of very high quality. We had tempura king prawns to start, with osso buco and risotto Milanese and sirloin steak for mains. I had the sticky toffee pudding which was excellent and was probably enough to share, but didn’t. My wife even had a mini-tour of the kitchen before we left. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and would advise to book ahead if you are visiting the area.

We love The Cheesy Grape and always look forward to going when we’re in Henley. Fabulous range of cheeses, charcuterie and wines to enjoy in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The advice from Rob is superb and well worth following. Becky, Rob and the rest of the team have created a wonderful venue and for us it sets the standard against which all other such places are judged.

Beautifully restored pub with great outdoor area and a comfortable welcoming interior. Great front of house team and consistently good food - soon to be upgraded with a new chef.

We was greeted when we arrived, it was 5pm and we were the only people in there. Food was nice tofu a little dry but overall enjoyable and a relaxed feeling. Staff were polite and friendly. Also realised from there adverts in there they also have a fun looking bingo night.
