Sam Miranda had a visionary plan for his ‘Field to Fork’ Produce Garden which was inspired by his childhood. He wanted to not only produce premium varietal wine but also bring a touch of home to the winery restaurant. Remembering back when he handpicked vegetables with his father, Pop Miranda and helped make fresh mouthwatering traditional Italian dishes. Sam has created a holistic sustainable produce garden, including herbs and fruit trees which he has integrated with local resources, such as irrigation water which comes from our local King River to assist with producing the best harvest for the restaurant.

    Menu seems to be constantly updated or changed slightly which is great. BYO is a bonus and one of the few in Dean street that does it. Had 3 courses Miso Soup,Pork Gyoza and Spicy Fried Chicken. All exceptional. They had run out of ice and needed to bring bags in so our white wine as warm till about halfway through the meal but otherwise great and reasonabley priced.

    Such amazing food! I had a salad and my partner had a pasta and it was sooo good. I dropped an entire glass of wine, and the bar graciously gave me a new one for free, I even offered to pay for both.

    The food was delicious. We ordered most of the menu and shared between us. (5 adults & 2 kids) kids ordered their own food and sampled some of what we had ordered and we still had plenty of food. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back!
