The Birch Hill Bistro never disappoints. I’ve been there twice in the past week, and each meal has been outstanding. Americo and his team have put together an incredible summer menu. The fresh oysters, escargots, and salmon appetizer are absolute must-tries. For our main course, we shared the sole special, the steak, and the truffle burgers—along with plenty of their incredible focaccia, of course. We brought along three college boys with healthy appetites, and they all agreed it was the highlight of their summer. If you haven’t been yet, make a reservation—you won’t be disappointed.

I often go here for brunch with friends and it's always a great time! The food, the drink, the service are just all great! Absolutely no complaints! Can't wait for my next time there!

It was so much fun and Taylor was GREAT!! We tried her chocolate covered Strawberry coffee, (both boozy and non boozy) which was to die for!!

I love this place! The food is really good (you must try the roasted carrots). All of the people there are super nice and our waitress Angie was very attentive. It has a cool vibe - the room with the bar feels like you’re away in the Berkshires. Also love that they have live music in the cozy room with the fireplace.
