    A beautifully balanced tasting menu which flowed nicely from start to finish, with a few surprises along the way and excellent use of seasonal produce. The aubergine and pink fir potatoe courses were full of flavour and comfortably exceeded expectation. The lamb dish was outstanding and chocolate & pumpkin desert to finish was sensational.

    Wonderful food - we had steak and sea bream … both cooked perfectly, but the real stars are the friendly staff who made our night our really special. Quick service with a friendly style .

    Had such a lovely time at Ivy House! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Would happily recommend!

    Lovely food, we had sirloin steak and duck which was cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and the view of the lake and fells was stunning
