We hebben hier geweldig gegeten! Ik kan me niet herinneren in welk ander restaurant ik ooit zo lekker heb gegeten. We kozen voor het 9-gangen tasting menu. Het eten was haute cuisine en veel gerechten hadden een Mexicaans element. De bediening was vriendelijk en kon goed Engels.
We vonden wel dat het eten steeds erg snel werd opgediend. Wat ons betreft mag er meer tijd zitten tussen de gerechten. Maar ik denk dat dit een cultureel verschil is, aangezien we in Mexico merken dat de bediening altijd erg snel is. Ik denk dat dit in Mexico en de VS als iets positiefs wordt gezien.
De wijnen waren ook lekker! We hebben een Oostenrijkse en een Mexicaanse wijn gedronken. Reken op circa 15 dollar per glas.
