Caruso’s is a rebirth of a restaurant that was created by Rakan Shteiwi in the 1979. Many of the original Spinning Fork recipes came from the original Caruso’s which was located in downtown Cincinnati. We look to merge classic and modern flavors inspired by traditional Italian and American Italian cuisines.
