After seeing peers struggle with unhealthy fast food, a small group of students, raised in a Jamaican household, started delivering flavorful jerk chicken and other Jamaican dishes from their dorm room. What began as a small campus venture evolved into a food truck business in 2015, and later, a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
