Feel free to walk in! Flavor Restaurant is an eclectic restaurant not only in cuisine, but also in entertainment. Well known for the breakfast offerings so we gave in and added breakfast to the dinner menu! The cuisine is a really hip mixture of Cajun, Caribbean and American. I am highly upset with the service that I received. I attended Flavors for a bridal party brunch for my bridesmaids. I've always had great food and service at this restaurant, so I was excited to share with some of the ladies who've never eaten before. Our food took an extremely long time to come out, food was lukewarm and one of the orders was not what she anticipated. Upon the food's arrival, she immediately informed the waitress that she did not want the food. She never touched the food, and was never actually served the food (it remained on the serving tray). We assumed this would not be an issue, as she wanted to order something else. However, she was informed that "she has two choices- eat the food and pay for it or don't eat the food and still pay for it, because the owner said that's how the food is made". APPALLED!! We remained calm, and insisted to speak with the owner. She would not come out for us, and when we did see her, she waved her hands in agitation (as if to say, forget them). Now we were upset, but still did not become irrational. Finally, someone named Isaiah came out (after I'd ask the waitress if there was ANYONE we could speak to). When Isaiah came out, he asked me "How do you know me?" I told him that I didn't know him, but I'd ask to speak with SOMEONE. After explaining to him about the slow service, lukewarm food, discrepancy in the order and the rudeness from the owner, he comped a $25 champagne bottle and (finally) removed the order (that was never touched or even received) and said "that's all I can do for you". Rudeness! Very Unprofessional! We were a party of 9 ladies, who have never received such horrible service from ANYWHERE! Save your money and DON'T GO!

I was under the impression that live music was on Fridays as well as Saturdays. So my feelings was slightly hurt by that. Everything was great.

I ordered the “Flight” which was not on the menu. It originally included 3 sides but the waitress failed to inform us they’re only two sides and charged us for the third side which increased our billed by $12. The menu has really been streamlined. I was expecting one thing only to find out it is being served at their other location. Our waitress had an attitude. Just not what I’m used to. Had it not been for my best friends birthday we would have went someplace else.

The food was good, however the floor was sticky with napkins stuck to the floor at the table we were seated. The service was a little slow. We were a table of 2 and a table of 4 that came in at least 20-30 mins after us got there food 15-20 mins before us and that was after waiting 45 mins for our food. Not sure what happen there but for the most part our visits there are usually pleasant and it wasn't that busy, there were plenty of empty tables.

The service was excellent. The server was attentive and polite. The chicken was crispy and tender. The gumbo was flavorful. Rum punch had a great balance. I would eat there again.

We’ve been enjoying a family tradition of taking my husband to Flavor every year for Father’s Day for the past 4 years. This year the service was slow...reservation was at 9AM first family in the restaurant and we were there over 2 hours! The food is way over priced which wasn’t always that way! $4 for an orange juice, $14 for 4 fried green tomatoes and an extra $5 for the dipping sauce. Our bill was $150 for 6 people. Sad to say but we’ll be finding a new location for Father’s Day. :(
