Effective 3/18/20 - The health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our operating hours and have updated our practices for everyone's safety.

Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. Flour & Barley also features barrel aged & handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers on draft and wine on draft.

The restaurant also features a 1,200-square-foot patio opening to The LINQ’s entertainment district, and a to-go window serving fresh-made slices, making it well situated to serve guests of The LINQ’s various attractions.

Best wood fired pizza that you can find on the strip. Been twice now and both times it was the best. I love the price point, which can be not be beat for mid strip food.

This place was phenomenal! The quality and portion sizes of the food were excellent. The service was top notch as well. I highly recommend the lobster flatbread! I will definitely eat here every time I visit Vegas!

The hostess was very kind as we got “lost” locating the restaurant. She helped me on the phone and knew it was me right away when we walked in. I deducted one star for food simply because the calamari app was more accessory food items. Otherwise everything was delicious. I would recommend.

GF/DF. Ordered the vampire slayer but requested red sauce as needed gluten free dairy free. First pizza showed up with cheese on it despite not having cheese on the description and telling server needed gf/df. Restaurant was dead but took 25 minutes to get the incorrect pizza. Reordered when server finally came by to check on us and said if there must be cheese make it vegan cheese. 2nd was quicker. Service being poor made a simple mistake into a much bigger ordeal.

It had been too hyped up for us. It wasn’t special. We were expecting something unique and just had a fine good meal we could have had many places. We had a Greek salad, thin crust flyin Hawaiian pizza, margarita pizza. Everything was fine. The restaurant was difficult to park and to find. Both Google maps and Apple Maps only give directions to the LINQ entrances which are not close. When we called the restaurant repeatedly on our way there it went to voicemail

Our dinner was delicious, unfortunately we did not enjoy our time spent eating next to what appeared to be a daycare. A very large birthday party with well over 15 children under the ages of 5 years old. We could not wait to finish eating and leave. I don’t know why it never occurred to the server to seat us else where. We only come to Vegas once a year , and look forward to coming to your restaurant. From now on , I’ll have to make sure we’re seated amongst adults.

Came here for the gluten free pizza. Have visited other locations and it is always nice to be able to order deep dish gluten free pizza. It was loaded with pepperoni but definitely needed more sauce. Ask for a side and was charged $1.00. No biggie but the pizza itself for one is $24. We also ordered the lobster flat bread ($25). Again, yes we are in Vegas but for that price, would not order it again. The Vampire Slayer was very good.

Our Server was excellent. We had a party of about 18 (12 being kids) and he had other tables as well. He was quick to take our orders, bring our food, refill drinks without asking. He was a great server!!

The waitress was excellent! The gluten free pizza crust was good, but super thick!! The pizza had hardly any sauce on it. We had to ask for extra on the side. The toppings were minimal. The atmosphere was nice!
