Anchoring Saratoga's vibrant downtown Forno Bistro is a family-owned bistro that offers a variety of rustic, Tuscan-style food rooted in tradition. Our chef's use only the freshest seasonal ingredients to prepare dishes with respect to their flavors, appearance and aroma. The menu is sophisticated but approachable, expressing the sense of hearth and home that defines the Tuscan style of life. Forno Bistro's rustic, Tuscan-style food is hearty and unpretentious with sophisticated flavors rooted in tradition and always open to new interpretations and adaptations. Many of our dishes are greatly influenced by the use of the wood-fired oven: homemade pizzas, sautéed calamari, and wood-fired towers of vegetables. The oven is always the inspiration.

The dining room was uncomfortably loud for conversation. The room is very reverberant. Wait staff was excellent, food was delicious.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and were able to indicate that on the online reservation. Within five minutes of sitting down, we had our order taken and a complimentary glass of champagne for each of us. It was so special, and multiple staff members wished us a happy anniversary. The food was phenomenal, so fresh and came out very quickly! I can’t recommend it enough.

We went to Forno Bistro for a birthday dinner. Our waitress Ashley was the best. Always available and accommodating. Very personable and friendly. The food was fantastic and certainly plentiful. Will recommend to others and we will certainly go there again.

I gave it 3 stars for ambiance because they tables are so small and crammed in so tight next to each other. You barely can reach your arm out to drink your water without knocking into your neighbors.

We were in Saratoga Springs for a three day weekend and had dinner in three different restaurants. This restaurant was by far the best meal we had while we were in town. Everything was delicious, hot and beautiful. Everyone in my party was happy and the service was great as well. A very comfortable and cozy vibe and wonderful food. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
