    Vodka gnocchi is absolutely fantastic. Place is great for dine in or pick up and on the go. Had many small size business meetings of 10-12 people and staff has always been more than accommodating. Highly recommend.

    I ordered the cherry margarita and a glass of Prosecco. The pollo Milanese was good but could have used a little more sauce on the pasta.

    While we are longtime fans of the Francesca’s restaurant group, this was our first time visiting Francesca’s Fortunato in downtown Frankfort, and it certainly won't be our last. Catching the tail end of Happy Hour before settling into the dining room set a great tone for the evening. We started with the baked goat cheese and the fried Roman artichokes—the artichokes were absolute perfection and will definitely be an automatic reorder for us. We also shared a fresh salad and an off-menu custom request for chicken and pasta, which the kitchen executed flawlessly. Exceptional hospitality, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

    The food is always a 10/10 service seems to be slow even when you’re not busy…. Last night our waitress outside was much better than the others I have had outside very impressed with her usually we have to ask for bread and water on a number of occasions if you can work out the service not being hit or miss this place place would be #1 in my book!

    Overall the food was very good. Just a few people in the dining room so we had excellent service. Overall, my favorite was the salad with walnuts , berries and raspberry dressing. The profiteroles were wonderful.

    Unfortunately they sat our party of 4 in the middle of many large parties in the back room which was awful for conversation, very poor table seating messed the entire dinner

    Limited menu with overpriced, bland food for the portions. The Tiramisu dessert was flavorful and nicely presented, but at $12 for a small slice, it did not offer good value. Additionally, the unexpected 3% fee added to the bill (separate from the widely known credit card fee) was disappointing, though it can reportedly be removed upon request. The highlight of our evening was the excellent service provided by Mario, who was both entertaining and attentive, offering helpful recommendations. Overall, we unfortunately will not be returning.

    We were very disappointed. The server was not around. Never even mentioned the happy hour specials. There was no salt and pepper on the table. The bread was hard as a rock. The dishes were not good at all. There was hardly any meat for $28. Mine was the seafood frittata not enough protein as well for $38. The clams and mussels were so small. I’ve had this several other places and never saw anything so skimpy. The flavor of the food Was not authentic. If you’re looking for Great Italian Food! I highly recommend Bella Mia in Midlothian. They are the best! Also Frankie’s in Tinley Park is great too. We won’t go back here!
