As newly gluten free, I felt completely safe as staff used an allergy card and advised me on what was safe. Great staff. On the expensive side.

Great service and friendly staff let down by the food. We waited 40 mins for our main course despite the waiter chasing the kitchen for it. It was a shame as you couldn’t fault the service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found our team friendly and attentive, and we truly appreciate your kind words about the service you received. However, we're very sorry that your dining experience was let down by the food and the lengthy wait for your main courses. We completely understand how disappointing a 40-minute wait must have been, particularly when our team was doing their best to assist. Your comments will be shared with our Kitchen management team for review, as we recognise that excellent service should always be matched by the quality and timely delivery of our food. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much more enjoyable dining experience in the future.
