Hitsumabushi Bincho Hakata is a Japanese restaurant and grill. There is a small and simple dining area, large enough for a modest group of tables, as well as an outdoor patio where some diners can eat when the weather is nice. Hitsumabushi Bincho Hakata has several traditional Japanese grilled specialties; however, the signature item on the menu is the grilled eel. This eel is available in two ways: guests can order the eel barbecued and served right on the skewers to preserve as much of the smoky flavor as possible, or, Hitsumabushi also makes eel sushi.
