Built on the penthouse level of the vibrant Limegrove Lifestyle complex, Fusion Rooftop offers sweeping floor to ceiling views of the west coast of Barbados that creates a visual backdrop few artists can match. With a spacious, visually stunning design, the 72 seat ‘alfresco’ restaurant combines seamlessly with an extensive contemporary lounge and dramatic full service bar.

Fusion Rooftop blends true feng shui with the four natural elements. The natural harmony comes to life as you enter to a green and vibrant ‘live wall’, with a central Zen water-table creating a calm and central oasis. Fire pits combine with the constantly cooling trade-winds, which flow through the restaurant, to sustain the perfect ambience for entertaining.

Fusion Rooftop offers a high class, yet informal, dining style. With a philosophy of authentically sophisticated cuisine, the menu is comprehensive and alluring, whilst being approachable for every palate.

First time at fusion and it won’t be the last. Lovely meal, portions are very generous and we struggled to eat everything. Sharing next time for us!

Fun place, super fun experience, great Bajan fusion food! We tried calmaries special rolls and crispy rice with yellowtale for appetizers; all are best of the breed on the island. The mains were lobster on mash potatos and broccoli, really yummy with Bajan seasoning, lobster roll, the best ever and seared yellow tail tuna on noodles.. very innovative.. the service was second to none, so were the after dinner drinks on the patio.. thank you Maneesh and the super team!

The location is great and it was a lot cooler and breezier than expected. There does seem to be some miscommunication among staff as on many occasions we were asked the same questions by up to three table attendants. However, everyone was very well mannered and pleasant to interact with. The lighting was okay but the table decor feels a bit outdated. The food was a good but for the price there was an expectation of “more” somehow. All in all I would rate the experience as a 3.5/5
