Kimi’s Chip & Oyster House was good. The one part of our meal that we enjoyed the most were the Love Shack and Virginia oysters. They were very good. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner even stopped by our table.

What a night! I took my family out for my birthday and wanted it to be something we'd talk about for ages--we got exactly that. Jeremy was wonderful, the food was next level and the atmosphere was great. With 3 restaurant owners in tow and the other 3 with excellent pallets, we're a tough crowd! All 6 of us would, and will, come back time and again.

Unfortunately, Kimi's is in a construction zone; do not let this deter you from enjoying a wonderful evening. I started with an old standby, the mushroom soup. It was so wonderful I seriously considered having it again for dessert. The pork chop is another favorite, and it was better than memory. The fruit sauce is not cloying and complements the medium-cooked pork perfectly. The roasted potato side and the vegetable medley were superior versions of what I was expecting, genuinely rounding out the dish. Others in our party enjoyed the Caprese salad and my wife had the crab cakes, which were very flavorful. Everyone had the mushroom soup as either a starter or a main.

We were a small group and we were placed next to a large, noisy table. It was poor planning for a birthday reservation. The ambience suffered and we were unable to have a normal conversation. The food, as always, was excellent and the service was professional.

Kiki’s has excellent food and we have always had outstanding service. It is a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Don’t let the Highland Dr construction keep you away. It’s easy to access.

Everything was just wonderful. Kimi’s is our favorite restaurant. Our entrees this time we’re the filet with crab meat oscar and the fried chicken. Both were excellent! Our server, Dave, was also very friendly and attentive, which made for a great experience.

The experience is always top-notch. My girlfriend and I ate an early tapas dinner and sat on the patio. Every entree was excellent and the tuna tartare was over the moon! We loved our wait staff. She had an incredible sense of humor and was very attentive.

We had an excellent meal with great variety, terrific service, a good very fairly priced bottle of wine and a most pleasant evening. A sampling of what we had was a vegan entre, scallops and a pork chop. We ended the meal with some fabulous desserts and a French Press coffee.
