    I am a lifelong resident of Ballarat. It has been a great restaurant since opening and last night was no exception. Absolutely outstanding. Made to feel valued as a customer and the staff went out of their way to present elite level service and food. Highly recommend and I have never left unsatisfied.

    Absolutely loved Cattleya! The food was delicious full of flavour and beautifully presented. Everything was fresh and the service was fantastic and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and can’t wait to come back!
