Il ristorante Sücar Brüsc, nato a Marzo 2019, vuole trasmettere la “mantovanità” a tavola ed anche nel suo ambiente; per esempio, sui pannelli a soffitto della prima sala d’ingresso, vi sono alcuni tra i detti locali più comuni e nella nuova sala (inaugurata a Dicembre 2021) risaltano invece termini dialettali con la loro rispettiva traduzione in italiano.​Inoltre, vista la “vastità” del territorio mantovano... su alcune pareti del ristorante si trovano affissi 18 diversi orologi, riportanti i “fusi orari” dei quartieri che circondano il centro storico ed insieme formano la nostra splendida città. …qui ci “fermiamo” ma… se siete ancora più curiosi, chiedeteci di approfondire insieme!
