    Sensational food! Both degustation menus are phenomenal. We did not have the wine pairing however we had the Chinese Pinot noir and it was delightful. Price point wise, this establishment is on the pricey side but worth every cent. Service is attentive and our host Mathew was excellent in his role and provided us with some excellent advice and history. The ambiance is lovely and the location is beautifully nestled in an old monastery. Contemporary and traditional architecture melds together and fosters a serene atmosphere.
