Don Cheech is an Italian Restaurant created by Italian born and Bibb Gourmand’s Michelin Guide awards recipient Chef Massimo Felici.Massimo opened his first Trattoria in Firenze Tuscany in the early 90’s and that training you will see it on his menu with classic Tuscan cuisine like Pappardelle Wild Boar, Calamari Inzimino, and other wild game dishes…..but you will also find those dishes next to some American Italian favorites like Stuffed Long Hots, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Scarpariello and Steak Diane.
