Rustica offers guests rustic European cuisine. This restaurant prides itself on its fantastic relationships with local farmers and vendors. Whenever possible, the Rustica kitchen staff utilizes items that are locally grown or made to create unique and flavorful dishes. Rustica features dishes that have been inspired from countries across Europe such as Spain, Italy and France among many others. Rustica's entrées are divided between two sections: the first features pasta and grain dishes while the second is more traditional dinner plates.     Food was excellent with a good selection for vegetarians and vegans alike, even dessert. Are waitress was super efficient and fun. To top it off the food came out quickly and several last minute requests were accommodated without complaint. Unpretentious food and service, can’t go wrong.

    Our waitstaff Casey was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also other staff members were very helpful too. Lovely presentation of our entrees (lamb shank, pasta), salad, and dessert (brownie was great!). Would highly recommend.

    My husband and I decided to try the soft opening at Falco. We went on a Friday evening and were greeted right away and taken to our table. The restaurant was busy with a very fun vibe. The bar area has a lot of seating which we would enjoy. We each ordered a drink and they were excellent. The servers were very friendly and know the menu to help you decide what to order. The menu is limited as it is still a soft opening but everything we ordered was excellent. We definitely will be back and are very happy to have a good new restaurant in the area.

    Great service from the door to the table. The recommendations and service provided by Anna were spectacular! I enjoyed the Caesar salad, scallops, potatoes. The Apple Pie with an Americano was the finishing touch of a fabulous evening.

    We had an early Saturday evening dinner at 4:30 pm. We got “social hour” pricing on drinks which was nice. The Maryland Crab cake appetizer was delicious and fresh off the grill. Our entrees were also winners - salmon perfectly cooked with a nice sauce, amazing mushroom risotto, and asparagus; and filet mignon also perfectly cooked over a delicious cheesy potato cake and asparagus on the side. Parking was a little tight as there was a wedding in progress! Worth the drive and enjoyed the lake view and beachy ambiance.
