A perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Food arrived by the Happy Birthday singing robot, and was both entertaining (for the adults and children) and delicious. A great atmosphere for families and children, value for money, lots to keep the kiddies busy, while the adults catch up. Great menu options, something for everyone. We are regulars and the lovely staff always make it a great night out.

We had 13 people and spent a little under $500 this included- lots of seafood with lobster tails, eggs, chorizo, crabs, crab cluster legs, big tiger prawns, mussels watercress, corn and burger meals, some of us had desserts and drinks, extra drippings, added on things to our seafood boil so we were happy with their value. The kids were happy with their colour in things that the staff gave and they happily played with the krab toys that were there. I’d highly recommend to anyone. We have a few kids so going out to eat gets over whelming but at the Krab they were so accommodating and we were seated and served fairly quickly 10/10 for food, we will definitely be going back we spent just under 2 hours there which is a record for us as we usually have to eat quickly and dash. Ambience 10/10 and service from staff who were so friendly and excellent customer service 10/10 the only down side was, we did actually make the trip specifically for king crab legs but they had none in. This was not advertised on the website. So we drove 50 minutes to experience that but overall glad we came anyway.

Another great visit to C & C Taupo. Seamless entry and seating. Waiter was a very polite young man. Easy ordering of drinks and food. Prompt delivery and very good food across all meal options. Been going for years, will continue to lock in C & C as a must eat venue. Great work tea.
