Lynne and Zach were very attentive and fun, we really enjoyed our time with them. Overall the food was delicious, special Bison entree was fabulous. Beef filet mignon was a bit thin and slightly cooked beyond desired medium rare, but good flavor. Desserts over the top. Connie in the 1855 Lounge was very nice!

We went for our 5th wedding anniversary and we were NOT disappointed. We were in happy valley visiting our daughter and Gigi’s was recommended over and over… and we will be back! Southern comfort at its finest! Thank you!

This restaurant prepares, seasons and serves the best fillets! Perfectly cooked, buttery and stands on its own without ANY thought of adding a sauce (although they offer several, but in my opinion any would overpower this beautiful piece of meat. They understand medium rare and achieve it every time I have had the pleasure of dining here. The wedge salad is outstanding with a generous portion of blue cheese, bacon and cherry tomatoes . The meal is not complete without the truffle fries. An indulgence worth the calories and cholesterol. Not to be forgotten is a nice bottle of wine ......... reasonably priced... and a delightful surprise that they carried one of my favorites. Last but not least, was the outstanding service by Jacob. He made dining alone feel comfortable and created an experience that was not neither rushed nor awkward. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and enhanced the evening........ but then that is the signature of the Bedford Springs. Just outstanding!

Chris and Rachel hosted a fabulous South African wine tasting. The wine choices and food pairings never disappoint. Always an outstanding experience!

The waitress was wonderful, she was polite, and helpful. The food is excellent! We will be back again.
