The salmon, prepared with a crust of pistachio nuts and panko breadcrumbs, was delicious. The pork with manchamanteles sauce was also scrumptious. The pork itself could have been a little less cooked, but the sauce was absolutely amazing. All the dishes were beautifully presented. The service was very attentive, polite, and responsive to special dietary requests. Lovely room with an open-air ceiling that can be closed when needed.
