Alder & Oak is a wood-fired Aegean and Mediterranean restaurant in Jacksonville's Brooklyn neighborhood, inside HUB Brooklyn at 400 Riverside Avenue. Every dish is cooked without seed oils — only Iliada extra virgin olive oil from Kalamata, Greece, and grass-fed beef tallow.
