Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples. Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato.     We had the banquet which was really good value, great way to try things across the menu. Highlight would have to be the sashimi tacos and kingfish sashimi!!! Scotch fillet was cooked perfectly medium rare. We will be back for sure

    The staff were friendly accomodating and very attentive. They didn’t rush us. The food was beautiful and well priced. The drinks were great. The noise level was high as there was a large group of men (about 20) next to us but when they left it quietened down. A great place for our sons 21st. Many people in our group says they’ll be back

    We always find the service and food at Spero excellent. It's in a nice location over the water. The staff are always helpful and personable without being pushy or over friendly. We love going to Spero's!
