First up was a confit duck amuse-bouche with local artisan sourdough and pepe saya butter. Next was a local prawn and scallop crepe in a creamy lobster bisque (tdf!), then a glazed ham and Brie croquette. Final savoury dish was roasted lamb with a chestnut and potato gratin, on a mint and confit garlic gel. Dessert was a pistachio and apple brandy Creme brûlée.
