For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." It's a delicious pasta dish that utilizes olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and chicken.     Anthony’s was running a Halibut special, 3 different options for cooking style, grilled, cedar planked or fish and chips. We chose the cedar plank and grilled. Perfectly cooked! Melissa was our server and what a pleasure to have such a warm welcoming, engaging professional. Thank you Melissa.😊 Dessert options chocolate mousse or French apple cake. Cake excellent!! We always enjoy Anthony’s never have been let down. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

    I am continued to be amazed with the caliber of the food that comes out of the kitchen of Copperleaf. The medley of flavors is deep, balanced and refreshing. I am especially impressed with how seasonal veggies are featured in the salads and entrees and tells me the chef is sourcing from local farms and tunes the menu to fit the season. I will continue to return and indulge in the excellent dining experience.
