    We were really blown away by the flavors here. The space is small, but very well decorated. The bar is pretty spectacular. Although there are only about 12 seats, it’s very cool space and Stephen, our bartender made great cocktails. We started with the Coquille St. Jacques. The flavor was exceptional, and the base scallops were cooked perfectly. My wife had penne, vodka with chicken, which was very good. However, the star of the show was my double cut pork chop. The grilled flavor was unbelievable. Overall, it was well priced and delicious. The Poconos does not have very much in the way of upscale dining, so this place is a perfect date night location. Hotel was great too, highly recommend.
