    From the moment we were greeted by the Hostess, Ms. Angel ( I think her name was) to the time we left was such a great first time experience. We especially like the FireBird special you guys were offering. We were able to try the food for the first time without paying a hefty price. Our server, Mr. Richard, was quick and friendly, but not too chatty. The ambience was perfect; the restaurant music was not too loud & the air conditioning was not too cold. I really hate going to establishments when the air conditioning is blasting. I cannot enjoy my meal when I am shivering from the cold air. Also, the restaurant is very clean & we did not smell like "food when we left.
