Their signature dish tells this story perfectly: saragolla wheat cappellacci filled with Abruzzese white lamb, sautéed misticanza, and aged local pecorino fonduta — ancient grains, mountain heritage, and pastoral Lazio flavors in a single plate. The wine cellar, awarded at Vinalia Priora 2026 for the best Frascati wine list, champions local Castelli Romani producers alongside great Italian and French labels. Recognized as a Historic Business of Lazio, the Belvedere sits steps from Villa Aldobrandini and the historic center of Frascati, just 25 minutes from Rome.
