Beautiful setting in Florence on a rooftop. It's a trendy place so they limit your time to two hours but it was enough time. Food and service were good.

We had a fantastic, leisurely dinner. We LOVED the Chianina carpaccio (unexpectedly large serving), the pigeon pasta, and the Chianina steak. We decided we could’ve done without the fried potato sticks, because they couldn’t compete with the other courses. Service was solid, although a bit disorganized (multiple servers performing multiple roles), but flowed well all-around. The steak was delicious and the atmosphere is comfortable and well-designed. It was one of our favorite meals in Italy (I cannot rave enough about the pigeon pasta).

Ho ordinato menù tipico bolognese (tagliatelle e cotoletta alla bolognese) carne tenera e saporita, cosi per le tagliatelle. Mia moglie gnocchi ai porcini a sua detta molto buoni. Prezzi in linea in Bologna. Esperienza sicuramente positiva, oltretutto in pieno centro storico a due passi dalle Torri e dall'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Our waiters and waitresses were very attentive and fun! Our food was of the finest quality and we enjoyed it very much. The ambience was romantic and like a fairytale.

You must visit La Fatica. Great food, great local venue, and AMAZING STAFF.
