Lighthouse Grill & Pub presents innovative and creative Northwest cuisine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner served in an unmatched waterside location with panoramic views of Bellingham Bay and the islands. Our menus reflect a blend of old-world French and new age Northwest cuisine, and change seasonally to take full advantage of the abundant local, fresh food offerings. Our chefs work with local farmers and fishermen to obtain the freshest local seafood, vegetables, and meats that are seasonally available.

Events include: Daily Happy Hour in the Pub from 3-6 pm. Live music on weekend evenings including Sunday Jazz (dinner reservations required). Blues, Brews and BBQ every Thursday in July & August on waterfront Terrace Patio.

Private event spaces for groups available including our signature Wine Cellar, Compass Room & Admiral Garden Room.

    Had a great meal last night at the Lighthouse Bar & Grill - the food was delicious though more butter w/ the bread would be appreciated. Star was a great server; she did give us more butter when asked. The piano music was a nice bonus. The view of the sound and sunset was awesome. We will be back.

    My wife and I have eaten at the Lighthouse Grill from occasionally for several years. The last two meals we have eaten there have been substandard, although the service has been very good. On Oct. 4th we ordered the fish special which was fresh King Salmon for $48.00 which is reasonable for locally caught fresh King Salmon. Our server was pleasant. We arrived at 5:15 for an early meal. We were the only people in the dining room with a few more diners on the outdoor patio, and a couple more diners arriving between 5:30 and 6:00. Not a good sign for a supposedly good restaurant. Our drinks were just fine. The salmon tasted fresh but the preparation was weird with an odd combination of herbs and spices on the top, a couple of mushrooms under the fish and a raspberry sauce that was quite sour. The vegetables were a carrot and a few green beans, and the starch was as odd potato dish with crispy shredded potatoes on the outside and an undercooked glob of what looked like hash browns on the inside. The herbs and spices on the fish left both of us with upset stomachs. Two weeks ago we had local King Salmon at a ver good restaurant and the preparation, starch and vegetables were all spectacular. The Lighthouse Grill, in our opinion, is no longer a quality restaurant.

    Impressed by the service, not so much by the food. Service people were exceptionally nice and helpful, I give them a A+. Food was mediocre at best and uninspired. Dinner was reasonable but left us feeling disappointed. Breakfast was a joke. Wife order Avocado Toast on Sourdough and received a thin slice of dry, untoasted bread with a chunk of avocado dropped on top. ?!?!?! While I thought the service throughout our visit was great the food made us wish we had eaten elsewhere. Finally, the piano player was too loud. Instead of background music he overwhelmed the conversation. Maybe ok if you select a table well away from him. I had a feeling it wasn't his fault, just the piano was loud for a small space.

    What a fabulous experience! We had drinks and appetizers (oysters on the half shell and fries). Then dinner and all the food was beautifully presented and delicious. This was one of our favorite meals in the last few years. And the service was outstanding. If you want a view of the water and a great meal, then this is the place to choose.

    Service was ok. Food ok, except for the coleslaw which was soggy and inedible. I told the waitress and all she said was, "I'll tell the kitchen." Prices are way too high. Ambience, very good, but not good enough to eat there again.
