Located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and captained by executive chef Shawn Giordano, Lupo offers diners a choice of wood-fired pizzas made right in front of them. They call this "exhibition pizza" and it creates an intimate setting where diners feel like they are a part of the process.
