Very disappointing! Went with 5 others for dinner. We sat upstairs which looked quaint at first. Our service was very slow and in fact one of my companions had to final get up and get her own beverage refill. The noise was unbelievable. We couldn’t have a conversation because it was so loud. The food on the menu sounded very tasty but in reality it was extremely bland. I ordered the mahi & calamari linguine. It had no flavor and the calamari was rubbery. Will not be returning!

This was our first time to Manning's and we thought it was worth the 40 minute drive from Raleigh to try it out. WE got the spinach and artichoke dip and it was fantastic. I got the shrimp and grits and was very happy I didn't have to take the tails off the shrimp. My wife got the grilled chicken sandwich and she was very happy with her meal. The food was plentiful, fresh and hot. The service was great. As I said, well worth the trip, give Manning's a try.

From the moment we walked in our service was impeccable. Waitress was outstanding. The appetizers were delicious and out to our table very quickly. Drinks were well made, no scimooing on the alcohol either, drinks are worth their price. Food was perfect, I've never had a bed experience dining at mannings. Very well run establishment.

The place was packed because it was the first sunny and beautiful day in ages! We were swept upstairs for seating and I was worried that we would be forgotten. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The service was great. From prompt drink orders to delivery of the meals and frequent check ins to see how we were doing, it couldn’t have been better! The food was so good we have no photographic evidence. We were too busy enjoying the meal. My favorite new spot!!

The service and food were great. It was loud, but it was crowded that night. We enjoy eating there and will continue to go!
