Agricole Cocina de Campo is a farm-to-table restaurant in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, on the corridor between Todos Santos and Los Cabos. Recognized with a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide, our kitchen cooks what we grow, building each plate from our own garden and the season's harvest. We nixtamalize 100% organic corn in-house for tortillas, tamales, and tostadas made from scratch. Botánica is a farm-to-table restaurant in Todos Santos, set in the organic gardens of Kimpton Mas Olas Resort & Spa, one hour north of Cabo. Here, Pacific breezes meet the Sierra de la Laguna, creating a near-Mediterranean climate in the desert — ideal for the fruit, vegetables, and herbs grown in gardens first planted more than 25 years ago. The best restaurant on the beach for sunset in Todos Santos / Pescadero. Love the views, the service, the craft cocktails and all the creative, delicious seafood. Every dish has a story behind it. Don’t miss the soft shell crab, taco trio and the lobster mac and cheese.
