Good food, well prepared and well presented! Unfortunately, the ambience was spoilt by some raucous patrons in on the same evening. Very clean and well kept bar and restaurant areas

Perfect dining experience for lunch, tea or dinner with family or friends. The staff are always very friendly and professional and the food generous and extremely tasty. In a short period of time this restaurant has become a firm favourite.

1st time visit for my husbands birthday and we will definitely be back. Great ambience and my husband said his rib-eye was the best he had had in a long time !! Pork scratching's were fab too. Fantastic service.

We come once a year while on holiday in the area, always have the same now as best 3 things on the menu in my opinion, cheese souffle to start, confit of duck for main and chocolate fondant for desert. Only exception is if there is calves liver as a special, then my partner has that. Great service, nice atmosphere.

Fabulous meal, mussels were scrumptious and the staff are lovely. My go to place in Hexham!
