Eating is a community experience. Like art, our restaurant is only as strong as the people who support it. We aren’t in the Paseo by accident. This place is home: filled with all walks of like-minded life that love to eat, drink and laugh the same way we do.

Every third Tuesday is our "Veggie Dinner" featuring 5 farm to table courses by Executive Chef John Madore for just $23 also available with wine pairings. The last Wednesday of the month is "On Tap," a town hall style meeting held in conjunction with local NPR affiliate KOSU to discuss current events. Its never a dull moment at Picasso!

    Picasso Cafe is a favorite local restaurant of mine. The ambiance and the service always set the stage for a wonderful experience. My friend and I enjoyed the Fried Goat Cheese, Fish & Chips, and Strawberry Salad. These are highly recommended! If you are a bourbon lover, request the Black Walnut Boulevardier. I loved it! Support this amazing local restaurant, and be sure to check out the other local businesses in the Paseo District.

    The service was fabulous! Our waiter, Chris, was amazing, patient, very thoughtful, and has great energy! The food was better than we could have imagined! Loved and really enjoyed the airline chicken, risotto, and shareable goat cheese Yummy! We will definitely be back! We are returning in two days for dinner! I hope we get Chris again!

    The creativity on the menu and the food were both superb. However, the single best part was the atmosphere. I study leadership for a living, and their team has created a warm, accepting, relaxed atmosphere in there for everyone, including customers, regardless of generation, sex, race, how your dressed, or who you walk in with. I am extremely impressed, to the highest degree possible.

    Noah was fantastic! The shrimp tacos and lobster bisque were perfection. Also, really great job on the Old Fashioned! Skirt steak was good, interesting use of peppers.

    Great for a date night. Drinks are tasty and the food is always reliably good. Love the changing seasonal menus too. Parking is terrible in the Paseo, which is the only drawback.

    I thought the fried goat cheese appetizer was amazing. My veggie quinoa tacos were just OK and I wouldn't order them again. Perhaps just personal preference.

    The food was absolutely fantastic. Tonight was our first time going, and I was beyond impressed. We ordered the white queso (with some absolutely fantastic homemade chips), the Parmesan risotto (rich, cheesy, and delicious), the bacon wrapped meatloaf (demi-sauce, loaded mashed potatoes, plus the meatloaf = absolute heaven), the fish & chips (fantastic french fries, fresh/flaky/buttery cod, and some mouthwatering ranch and tar tar sauce), and we finished up with a creme brulee with extremely delicious fresh fruit (the strawberries were extremely flavorful and juicy). Our waitress Katie was amazing, and she even added in some extra fruit for our desert! A super comfy atmosphere where the food is the top priority! I will always recommend this place to any that are looking for great food at a good price. Our bill was only 69.52 with two mains, a side, appetizer, and desert!

    The food here is incredible! I tried the avocado toast and the jalapeño cheddar grits, and both were delicious. The cafe itself is very clean and beautifully colorful, and it's located in a cute artsy area of the city.

    The food we had was wonderful and our service was top notch! We started with the Vegan Empanadas and they were amazing. Then, I had the steak salad and a with a Tango Tea beverage. Everything tasted great, and our server was great on all the recommendations. Highly recommend this place! They never let us down.

    We sat on the patio with our dog Remi, the server Brooklyn was the best and we can't wait to go back. Food was amazing. Sunset on the patio with your dog and amazing food is just awesome!

    I'd heard good things about Picasso and was excited to go for brunch. While the menu looks great, the execution and presentation were lacking. I found nothing outstanding in terms of flavors or preparation. The food was solid and consistent with the menu descriptions but did not rise to the "special." I had avocado toast served on dense, homemade bread that was a bit heavy for the dish. The breakfast potatoes were just cubed oven-fried potatoes. The vegan (Impossible) sausage was well seasoned. The Bloody Mary was good but overly spiced. I will go again just to be fair and hopefully have an outstanding experience.

    Wonderful place with a great menu including vegan items! The only downside is parking. Be sure to give yourself extra time to find a spot. Well worth the effort!

    Much too noisy, granted it was Sunday brunch, but I could not hear my companion while literally sitting next to them. We were offered a table in "the other room" but that was smoke filled and had loud music going. I will have to find another time to eat there in the hopes it will be more enjoyable.

    First time dining and our hostess and waiter were friendly/ excellent. Many things on the menu looked good. Fried goat cheese and my cocktail from the specials menu were great. The veg tikka masala was good but terribly salty, which made us guzzle water and it masked the better, more subtle spices of the dish. Will for sure try this place again but next time will ask about salt content of a dish before ordering.

    The cast-iron cinnamon rolls for brunch are incredible. Do yourself a favor and order two for the table. The drinks and food here are always tasty. The best part is the friendliness of the staff and the quirkiness of the art on the walls.
