10 West is our favorite close brunch restaurant! We enjoyed the egg plate, pancakes, bacon, fruit, the special egg/sausage rolls with gravy dip special. Mimosa’s of course. Everything was delicious! Thank you to our favorite waiter Dustin, who is great & visit from manager Stacy. Great brunch!

We had a nice table in the cellar, semi private and quiet enough to carry-on a conversation. Service was excellent and food choices were great!

Great experience. Excellent service, great food and a freshly cut lime in my drink. Reasonably priced bottle of wine as well.

Usually one of my favorites when we visit. Service tonight was very slow though. Took over an hour for entrees to hit the table. Steaks were overdone and salmon was tiny. Not sure we will be back anytime soon.

Joseph, we're sorry your recent visit fell short of the experiences you've come to expect from us. The long wait, overcooked steaks, and disappointing portions are certainly not our standards. We truly appreciate your past visits and your feedback. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the food and hospitality you've come to enjoy at 10 West. Stacy 10 West

It was a night that they served prime rib. It was excellent. Very tasted and served with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Our table was in the basement and it was very comfortable and not too noisy.

This is not typical of my experience with this establishment. They had a large party to serve and were understaffed. I believe they did the best they could do under the circumstances but not indicative of what I have experienced in the past. They were simply overwhelmed and we came right before closing. Definitely not ideal situation for anyone. Lesson learned. Thanks to the staff for trying their best. If we give them a go again we will not go right before closing. They tried.

Michelle, thank you for your thoughtful review and understanding. We appreciate your kindness toward our staff, but we never want you to feel that visiting near closing is a burden. We’re sorry we fell short of your expectations and look forward to providing you with a wonderful experience next time! Stacy 10 West

10 West is our choice for brunch on Sunday! We enjoyed the egg plate, also pancakes, bacon, fruit & a mimosa. Everything was delicious as always. Thank you to the manager, Stacey for her visit, she is so kind. Thank you to our server, McKenna who was excellent!
