   Very slim menu for me. Not a busy place, probably reason for menu. Designed for sustenance vs a terrific experience. Chicken Palermo served in a bowl - too small - had to get plate. Mushroom risotto pretty good.

   Terrific place to eat outdoors & stay dry on a rainy day. Tasty and creative cuisine - some portions more generous than others. Expensive, but it's in a hotel with a view and a super patio, so you decide. I liked my cocktail and people were very friendly.

   We dined in for brunch after we got married this past weekend. The person that sat us did not appear to be pleasant. There were three glasses that were not washed properly and one of the glasses were half empty. The food did not come out all at once. Three of our family members had to wait to get their food while everyone else was able to partake in their meals. My aunt was served the incorrect meal which she began eating as she didn’t realize it and the wait staff still served the food to the correct person instead of them taking it back and giving the other guest a new entree. Our server did not check on us to see how the food came out. Our overall experience was not what we had anticipated especially for how beautiful the restaurant was.

   Visited the restaurant over the weekend to celebrate my Birthday with my family. Beautiful location with an amazing view and ambiance. Had reservations and when we did arrive.. the restaurant was not busy at all. We (3) were seated and eventually greeted by the waiter. After our initial drink order was taken, we ended up waiting for 45 minutes to get our food order. In the meantime, customers that came in after us ALL received their food order. The staff continued to walk by our table...and intentionally ignored our table. Sadly enough, the Manager and Hostess also walked the area pretending to count tables.. continued to stare at our table and never attempted to greet us or follow up on our food order. Personally, it was the absolutely worst experience I have ever experienced. The lack of attention and service was definitely intentionally. Amazing location, but the staff was terrible and its definitely something Executive Management of the Westin should be aware of. Pretty sad!

   We ordered the Valentines Day special with wine pairings. The food was outstanding. It was a special occasion celebration, not usually the price range we choose for dining, but well worth it! Service was a little slow, but then there were a lot of people there.

    We splurged for special Valentine’s Day 3 course dinner with wine pairing for $280. Here is what we got: - appetizer (shared): 5 pieces of dry fish with few slices of citrus. Ok wine - main course: overcooked steak with breaded dried onions and 2 dry shrimp covered in 1/2” of breading. Ok wine. - desert (for share): completely un-edible substance resembling wood glue, super bitter tasting with 3 (good) raspberries on top. Accompanied by 2 shots of liquid that smelled like furniture polish. We sent it back The good news is we are still together and love each other. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! Thank you Westin 20!

    Decided to try it for an early Valentine's. Requested a booth. We ended up with the booth facing the kitchen entry, but next time I will be more specific with my booth request. The wait staff was very attentive. The service was a little slow (food seemed to take quite awhile to prepare, even though it was not busy). But once received, the food was very good. We shared a salmon crudo appetizer. It was nice, very flavorful. For our entrees, my husband had the salmon, and I had the chicken petaluma, we shared the mushroom side. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We didn't have room for dessert, but next time I will definitely save room and try the pumpkin spice creme brulee!

    Very nice restaurant, friendly staff, i had the French toast and it was amazing. My husband had the smoked salmon Benedict he said it bland along with the potatoes, we both got a side of chicken sausage and that was good. We would come back.

    We needed a special time for the 2 of us away from the busy day. This was an excellent stop, met our needs. We were delighted to enjoy the lamb & ribs, splitting sides allowed us to try expanded options- delicious 😋 I was delighted to be able to use my Bonvoy card to maximize the value.

    I celebrated my birthday with Brunch at 20|Twenty and I had amazing time! The staff was amazing, the food was cooked to order and delicious , the ambiance was very clean and elegant. I highly recommend this restuarant to anyone who's looking to do brunch here!

    Stiff drinks, limited menu, no Plymouth Gin or Sipsmith. May have left my dark glasses there at the bar- do you have them? Maui Jim's. This is a test to see if you read this stuff.

    Food quality was not upto par & some items did not match up to the menu description. When we brought it up.we were told there was a new Chef in the kitchen. The service was very average considering it was not crowded. Not sure if I would return there for dining again

    This was a first for our family (2 young adult children) - going out to dinner on Xmas eve. The experience was much better than I was expecting. the Prime Rib special was excellent, the filet was done perfectly and the sea bass Ceviche was superb! Service was nice and pleasant! Very important was the clean gluten free experience for my daughter.

    Beautiful outdoor dining. Although the weather was cooler, the heaters kept us warm. Our server, John, was knowledgeable and professional and took great care of us. Highly recommend 20 Twenty!

    Poor service. Didn’t have utensil/napkins set-up. We were informed their chocolate pecan pie dessert option was no longer available. At 6:30pm. Very poorly planned and presented Thanksgiving dinner, and over-priced at $89 per person. Staff looked unhappy, disoriented, and forgetful. Truly regrettable experience.

    Twenty/twenty is not our favorite place. Menu is not interesting. Place looks like cafeteria not upscale restaurant. But the price is in the area of upscale restaurant. The food is overprice and not good. We tried the restaurant three times before and after covid and hope it will be improved. This time tried the Thanksgiving experience menu. Hoped it would be improved as advertisement. Very disappointment. Still poor food quality and overprice.

    Our server Eduardo was excellent. Friendly & very attentive. Had Patio seating as it was a beautiful sunny day. The signature cocktails Eduardo recommended were delicious! The Thanksgiving meal was enjoyable. Butternut squash soup was creamy & tasty. Turkey was good (needed more gravy), stuffing wasn't my favorite, but overall the food was great. I was thrilled I didn't have to cook this year!!

    I have dined here for many years and have always enjoyed the food. This was the worst brunch I have had! The menu was so limited and it was the worst eggs Benedict ever! Worst Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. I was treating my friends and felt embarrassed. No wonder so few people were there. And the live music? What happened to that?

    There were a number of things that were very good about this restaurant. The staff was very friendly accommodating and they were there when you needed them. The food was OK to good. Nothing special. Surprised to pay $14 for a half a glass of wine served in a wine glass that I just saw at the dollar store. Very disappointing. This restaurant was grossly overpriced for what you got.
