Billed as Perth’s best kept secret, 43 Below Restaurant Lounge & Bar is underground in more than a number of ways. First off, it’s a basement bar with the entrance not-so-well-hidden along Barrack Street in the city centre, close to the Hay Street Mall; second, it’s the regular haunt for a fiercely loyal set of regulars who know the bar and bistro’s strengths all too well. They may guard 43 Below jealously, but we’re here to bring this excellent little eatery and chillout spot out into the blistering light of a Western Australian day. Perfect for private hire and functions, 43 Below is est enjoyed on the spur of the moment.
