Alchemy provides a mindfully curated selection of vegetarian focused dishes with options for omnivores. We gravitate toward a predominantly plant based diet because we feel better doing so. With healthy balance in mind, our most popular dishes allow seamless substitution of animal proteins without compromising flavor.

The concept of vegan, gluten-free, and carnivore in a modern setting is great; the execution was less than stellar. Very few gluten-free AND vegan options. Should have sandwich options that meet those parameters. Food was just okay. My main course was forgotten, so I had to wait for part of my meal while the rest of my party were eating. Waiter was not even apologetic. Overall, execution of great concept requires attention.
